Every Australian Beatles site comes from a single tour in June 1964, and most of the buildings involved are gone.

In Adelaide the band appeared on the balcony of Adelaide Town Hall on King William Street on 12 June 1964. Estimates of the crowd along the route and in the city run from 200,000 to over 300,000. A glass artwork of the band has marked the balcony since August 2016, and the building is one of the few you can still see much as it was.

Melbourne's equivalent has vanished. The Beatles waved from a low balcony of the Southern Cross Hotel at Bourke and Exhibition streets on 14 June 1964, the day Ringo Starr rejoined them. The hotel closed in 1995 and was demolished in 2003, and an office tower with no plaque fills the block.

Sydney Stadium, a tin shed in Rushcutters Bay, held six concerts between 18 and 20 June 1964 before a railway viaduct replaced it. Woollahra Council set a plaque into the Neild Avenue footpath on 16 June 2021.

The Australian leg closed with four shows at Festival Hall in Brisbane on 29 and 30 June. That hall was demolished in 2003, and the Festival Towers apartments now stand there with no Beatles marker.
